Enumeration types

Enumeration type values occupy:

• One byte if the number of identifiers defined in the type declaration is less than or equal to 256.
• Two bytes, or four bytes if greater than 256, for 16-bit and 32-bit Compilers.

The first enumeration identifier in the type definition is giventhe value zero, the second is given the value one, and so on.
